Abstract

The cultivation of students' core literacy is a hot topic in the education sector at this stage. Teachers play an important role in the formation of students' core literacy. Under the core literacy concept, the society puts higher demands on teachers. Teachers also need to face the transformation of the knowledge base to the competency standard, the transition from “teacher center” to “student center”, “de-situation teaching” to “situation teaching”. A series of challenges. In order to truly develop the core literacy of students, it is necessary to establish a national core literacy standard for teachers, increase teacher training based on core literacy, and continuously learn and develop the teachers themselves to lead the professional development of teachers and develop core literacy for students.
